We finish breakfast, but we stay at the table, enjoying each other's company. Of course, I don't want to intrude on his entire day. Ben has several assignments that are due this week. His notes are spread out across the coffee table. But it feels like the universe gave us extra time. Maybe we shouldn't let it go to waste.
