This regulation defines the rules of using the The Leafy Quotes online service (hereinafter referred to as "Service").

The Service Operator is the owner of the www.leafyquotes.com domain, under which the Service is available (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

The regulations apply to all users of the Service.

Registration, logging in, or using the Service in any capacity signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Access to selected features of the Service may require setting up a user account.

During registration, the user is required to provide a true and current email address and a unique username.

The user undertakes to:

2. not sharing your account with third parties,

3. use of only one account.

The operator may introduce additional account requirements in case of providing paid or advanced features.

The user may post content on the Service in accordance with its purpose, in particular:

3. quotes or excerpts from works,

4. other materials provided as part of the Service's functionality.

Publishing of the following content is prohibited:

1. inconsistent with applicable law,

2. infringing copyright or the rights of third parties,

3. offensive, vulgar, aggressive,

4. inciting hatred, violence or discrimination,

5. targeting individuals or groups based on origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, worldview, disability or other characteristics,

6. contrary to the principles of social coexistence and good manners.

The User bears sole responsibility for the content published by them on the Service.

The Operator is not a party to any disputes between the Users of the Service, in particular disputes concerning content, violation of personal rights, copyright or other rights of third parties, and is not responsible for the consequences of such disputes.

The operator reserves the right to moderate the content published on the Service.

The operator may at any time:

1. remove or hide content,

2. limit the functionality of the account,

3. suspend or delete a user account if it deems it necessary.

The operator is not obliged to justify moderation decisions.

The Operator's decisions regarding moderation are final.

The operator processes users' personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations and in accordance with the Service's Privacy Policy.

The following personal data of users may be processed as part of using the Service:

1. e-mail address,

2. username,

3. data voluntarily provided in the user profile,

4. content published by the user on the Service,

The User, by posting content on the Service, declares that they have the rights or appropriate permissions to it.

The rights to the quoted works remain the property of their legal owners.

The operator reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes take effect upon their publication on the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes to the Regulations means its acceptance.

In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of the applicable law shall apply.

The regulations are effective from the moment they are published on the Service.
